ℹ️ EI60Sa is the European version of the British rating FD60S, for integrity, insulation and smoke-resistance. A much more stringent and up-to-date certification standard.

Hygienic finish: Fully encapsulated Trovex PVC facings (Diamond, Resilience, or Essence range) on both leaf and frame create a seamlessly smooth, impervious surface.
Exterior bead-free design: Concealed vision panel beading and integral architraves eliminate external protrusions that are vulnerable to impact and create dirt traps.
Ease of cleaning: Radiused edges, PVC encapsulation, and minimal joints ensure rapid wipe-down with hospital-grade disinfectants.
“We’ve successfully tested the doorset to 60-minutes under BS EN 1634-1 (fire resistance) and BS EN 1634-3 (smoke control) and is included in our third-party certification. “We know hospitals need flexibility. That’s why the doorset can be specified with a range of vision panels, overpanels, side lights, side panels, and fan lights—each maintaining the same fire rating. Also, so we have a really wide range of colours and finishes - over 45 including woodgrains. You can also have contrasting frames and leading edges to assist those with visual impairments” - Steve D

Sizes: Up to 935 mm leaf width, 2050 mm leaf height, and 2015 mm structural opening width × 2144 mm height.
